1 Scope of Services

Kumarsoft provides website design, development, maintenance, and hosting services. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in a written agreement before starting work.

2 Client Responsibilities

• Client must provide all required content, images, and materials on time.
• Client must review and approve project stages as per schedule.

3 Payment Terms

• 50% non-refundable advance is required to start the project.
• Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery.
• Delay in payment may cause project suspension or delay.

4 Refund Policy

Refund is only applicable within 24 hours if work has not started. No refund will be provided once the project is live or in progress.

5 Project Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity. Delays due to client feedback or content submission will extend the delivery schedule.

6 Ownership & Intellectual Property

After full payment, ownership of the website is transferred to the client except third-party assets. Kumarsoft may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted.

7 Revisions & Changes

Limited revisions are included as per agreement. Additional changes will be chargeable.

8 Third-Party Services

Hosting, domain, and other third-party services are not under our control. We are not responsible for downtime or external issues.

9 Limitation of Liability

Kumarsoft is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss, hacking, or server issues.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Non-payment or breach of terms may result in immediate termination.

11 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (Delhi jurisdiction).

13 Amendments

Kumarsoft reserves the right to update these terms anytime. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
